We applaud their desire to be healthy employees and dads. Here, we share some of their self-care preferences and motivation for staying well.

How has making a simple change lead to a healthier self and how does that affect your workday?
I like to start the day off by focusing on God. It helps me keep my mind off any problems I may be facing that day, which in turn helps my day go well. God is love, focusing on him helps fill me with peace.
What’s the best part of being a dad?
The unconditional love between me and my children. I know they love me, and I love them forever. Watching them grow and evolve into young adults.

How has making a simple change lead to a healthier self and how does that affect your workday?
Since starting my journey of self-improvement for a healthy life, I feel better physically and emotionally. I have more energy, not so run down, so my days at work have been physically easier to deal with and I am not as tired at the end of each day. I enjoy going to the gym and I look forward to it everyday.
What’s the best part of being a dad?
Coming home every day to my 3 children. They’re just so excited to see me and tell me all about their day. Most of all seeing each one of them growing up and being independent in their own special way just makes me proud of who they are.
